Great Plains Laboratory needed a complete website re-design on a new platform, a brand refresh, and newly designed print and digital marketing materials. This project began by understanding where the company was coming from and where they needed to go. Research showed the importance of clear user experience from a navigational standpoint.

02. Design

Our team worked closely with Great Plains Laboratory to ensure their messaging and their legacy brand remained intact as we updated it for a current and wider audience. We designed for integrations like Localize, which is used to translate the website into 12 different languages, and Intercom for the site’s live chat functionality.

Since the 2016 launch of the newly developed website, Great Plains Laboratory saw a 23% increase in total page views, reached more than 1,000,000 page views for the first time, surpassed 100,000 page views in a month, and processed over eight figures in sales in its first year. Results continue to grow exponentially.
