Michael Shahan was freshly out of school and starting out as a therapist and needed to fill his schedule with clients. But, he felt very uncomfortable with marketing. We built a strategy around content marketing that prioritized serving a broad audience very well, whether or not they ever converted into a customer.

02. Design

We approached Michael’s branding, website build, social media strategy, and print materials in a way that showcased Michael as an expert in therapies for people recovering from trauma. Now, people visit his website, use his free resources, and are never asked to book an appointment.

03. Develop

One month after Michael’s website launch, his schedule was full. Now, he’s interacting regularly with other people in trauma recovery networks, and he is building his platform so that one day he will be a thought leader and speaker on the topics he’s most passionate about.
